In this state, you can access your creative unconscious mind and connect to a new world of creative possibilities.<\/p>\r\n Generative Trance is a third generation of trance work. It has been the life work of phycologist Dr Stephen Gilligan, a student of Milton Erikson, (known as \u2018the father of modern hypnosis).<\/p>\r\n Generative Trance is not traditional hypnotherapy where one gives up control of his or her consciousness, but rather, a creative art in which the conscious and unconscious minds are woven into a higher consciousness capable of creativity and transformation.<\/p>\r\n There are no pendulums, no hypnotic scripts and no \u2018mind control\u2019!<\/p>\r\n Somatic Techniques<\/strong>: These body-based practices help you reconnect with your physical sensations and emotions, often neglected in our culture of mental overstimulation.
